Oral presentations
 40 minutes (35 minutes for presentation plus 5 minutes for discussion) are allocated for each keynote lecture and 20 minutes (including 5 minutes for discussion) for each talk.
 Multimedia and overhead projectors are available.
 A Windows-PC is available with the latest version of PowerPoint.
 PowerPoint files on CD Rom or USB memory stick must be provided by the speakers to the workshop secretary desk the day before their presentation.
 A slides projector is also available on request.

Poster
 Poster must be prepared in a portrait format.
 The size of the poster board is 100 cm wide x 200 cm high (since boards will be standing directly on the floor, a reasonable space at the bottom should be left free).
 Each poster presentation will be on display for the full day in which the specific session is scheduled.
